My creative nonfiction book, Xylotheque: Essays, is available from the University of New Mexico Press, and my short story collection, A Catalogue of Everything in the World, is available from Black Lawrence Press. My fiction and nonfiction have appeared in Glimmer Train Stories, North American Review, Colorado Review, Alaska Quarterly Review, South Dakota Review, Orion, Witness, Reader's Digest, Blue Mesa Review, Parcel, Adanna, Fourth River, Bayou Magazine, Untamed Ink, Adventum, So to Speak, as well as the anthologies A Stranger Among Us: Stories of Cross Cultural Collision and Connection (OV Books, 2008), Commutability: Stories about the Journey from Here to There (Main Street Rag, 2010), and New Stories from the Midwest (Indiana University Press, 2013).
